• Dealership data you provide: rooftop details, competitor lists, nameplates, website URLs, and other configuration.
• Usage data: pages viewed, features used, IP address, browser type, and diagnostic logs.
• Content generated by the Service: AI probe results, citations, reputation findings, and reports.
• Legal acceptance records: timestamp, browser, and IP when you accept these terms.

3. How We Use Information

We process personal data for the following purposes and legal bases:

• To operate the Service — performance of our contract with you.
• To generate reports and insights — performance of our contract with you.
• To communicate about your account, security, and product updates — legitimate interest and, where required, consent.

• Service providers and subprocessors: cloud hosting, database, authentication, analytics, email delivery, and support tooling providers.
• Merchant of Record (Paddle): Paddle acts as our reseller and Merchant of Record for subscription sales, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing.
• Third-party AI providers: OpenAI, Google, Perplexity, and similar providers receive queries submitted through the Service to generate results.
• Professional advisers: legal, accounting, and other advisers where necessary.
• Authorities: where required by law or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. International Transfers
